I think I love flat-line progressions - awesome things.... Sunday Mannie was a flat yellow. Monday we had a flat flat blue. Yesterday we had a flat green in the morning and a flat blue in the evening. He took his time getting there, but that is OK. We had no bounce, or dive, bungee jumping or deep sea mermaid hunting: all the things I used to write about a few short months ago - just really nice numbers yesterday. YAY! I suppose it helped that I threatened dose stuff. Maybe he just read his condo! :lol: :lol: What a great green day for Mannie. You did good there big guy! Your bean is proud of you. cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. We had two brushing sessions yesterday - I am amazed and elated that he even let me brush him - what a 180 turn around from just a few weeks ago. :shock: :cool: I removed enough fur to make a small cat, or knit a scarf.... :cool: :cool: The fuds dance was back last night - for his pmps fuds. :lol: :lol: of course I was cameraless - durn it anyways! I love the fuds dance: back and forth, back and forth, circle circle, step step prance prance step step circle circle, repeat a kazillion times, punctuated with several meows. :cool: :cool: :razz: :razz: :razz: Must have been good fuds - the bowl was licked clean. CPC! Nanners have been hugged and hugged again. I moved them yesterday when I vacuumed - :shock: :shock: I was severely reprimanded. :lol: This morning I was once again greeted by the lineup at the top of the stairs. The look was obvious - "you're bordering on being late with the fuds. Move it or things could get ugly". So I put it in high gear. Amazing how a bowl of fuds can change the demeanor from :twisted: to a purry :cool: :razz: :razz: Normalcy in MannieLand.

Have a great day everyone! Today I begin my DGS sitting duties for the rest of the week. I doubt I will be able to do many condos, at least not until the evening. I am sorry too for the lack of visits yesterday - just way too many things going on, and when I did have time this stoopid 'puter was in its "let's freeze up every 10 seconds" mode... Know though that I am thinking of you all - have a good one, and may your kitties love green.

Kitties!!!!!! What a night! great cooking there kitchen krew - you guys were the bestest. I lubbed the after party too - sweet! Willie got to tell us all about his new home. He gets to move real soon, and will have a back yard to play in. SWEET! oh!! heads up: party at Camp Stu on Friday!!! Save the date. Rusty will be officially in residence, and we gotta party. so about today - what's up????? What shall we do? Jet Skis anyone? ~~ Mannie

I would love to see the fuds dance! What great numbers for Mannie. You need to leave your condo open more often so he can read it!

And I'm with you on the grandkid thing. I love taking care of my granddaughters, even if it means I don't get anything done except lots of playing. :lol:

Mannie and Tess are taking a breather together I see. That +3.5 is looking promising. I'mm gonna be absent the next couple of days too. DH is in charge. I'll get on w/ the iPod if I can in the evenings.

Mannie, wow I'm pooped today! what a party! How about some gentle slides down the sand dunes and then just lay there in the sun? I can show you how I take care of the rosemary bush. -- Tess

Hey CD - thanks for the visit! Me too on the flat stuff - It was nice to watch it evolve over the past few days. I was hoping he'd keep the blues from last night, but alas... guess he wanted to be sunny yellow today. -- and yes on the grandkids! Love it, and it lets me off the hook with other things. :lol: :lol: It is kinda nice just to play. :cool: :cool:

Morning Ann - yep, me too. I finally had to give up last night. Phone calls that wouldn't stop, stoopid 'puter, emails that wouldn't go away.... aiyee! well, maybe tonight.

Hey Mannie, Yup, that was a great party last night. I'm all for sliding the dunes today and will see you later. My papabean started a rosemary plant last week and it's growing great.

Flatness is great and Mannie has really achieved that. What nice cycles yesterday!!!! How funny about the grooming and I meant to tell you yesterday that I laughed at his conversion with the zoom groom or whatever they call that thing!!!

Hope you have lots of fun with DGS today!!!! Maybe Mannie will give you a break today and give you nice numbers again tonight!

i always love the Mannie Report! he has gusto for life and is one fun dude to be around. i too would love to see the fuds dance if he will ever perform for the camera.

do ya ever get scared when you see the line-up at the top of the stairs? wonder if they're going to short sheet your bed or put honey on the toilet seat? or leave a lovely squishy hairball where you'll step into it? i think i'd set my alarm a few minutes earlier cuz they'd have me quaking in my slippers! ;-) :lol:

Woo hoo! Looking great, Mannie!! I can't believe how much progress he's made... his curve is just so much flatter now than it was even a month ago!! You must be so happy, Michelle! He's headed in the right direction!!

Hi Michelle! Work has been keeping me way too busy for condo visiting. :cry: Work totally gets in my way of fun! blah!!

Sounds like Mannie is in good form!! And his numbers from yesterday are pretty amazing. I do believe Champ took over diving duties today. I haven't seen him crash like that in a long time. I don't think his body likes it either cuz he's been doing his exhausted sleeping routine today. I wish I could help him!

Looks like Mannie has already decided yellow's not for him today!!!!

Hi Ella - that they are. I like flat - nice and even, steady - good stuff. Now if he could have just made it blue.... or green..... :lol: :-D Yup - had a great day with Nicholas - we did make our walk through the woods to the shore. He really enjoys these walks, and seems very fascinated with the trees. Likes the shoreline and the water too. We did 5 miles today, no complaints either. of course he slept though maybe a third of it. but that's OK. :cool: :cool: :-D :-D :-D

Hi Sherry - i thought so too. I am so so thrilled about the no diving part. Mannie has always been a horrific diver - they call him the fdmb olympic diving champion here, justifiably so... so for him not too is truly awesome. THX on DGS - it is fun - he is so open to anything. :cool: :-D

Hi Marje - I think so too. Another element of progress, so I am glad to see it, even if it is yellow.... and a double yes on the grooming - i am just glad he's letting me comb, as the fur matts get really ugly otherwise. And it's a zoom zoom... a rubber thing, with fat "bristles" - got it on amazon, i think., Best darn comb ever. It truly really works. -- and thanks - grand time with DGS - more walking as he loves it. maybe on the numbers huh? the +2 will tell all.... maybe.....

DEB!! Thanks for the visit! and right you are. It is a ton of fun with DGS. He's at the age where everything is a marvel, his smile is such a heart melter, FUN! - right up there with my hiking. Hi Christie - CONGRATS ON YOUR HOUSE!!!! and yes on the curve. I hope every time I run a test that what we are seeing now continues to be. The yellows aren't all that wonderful, but they are flat, and we usually get blues and greens afterwards. it's all good. What amazes me is that this is all on the same dose - been this one for close to two months now. So - wow! Keep on headed in this direction... we all remember too well the "Rainbow Bandit" :lol: :lol:

i forgot to look back and see if you read my post about stepping in slugs. i figured that being a fellow resident of the northwest rainforest you would appreciate it. ever stepped on a slug? it's special.
