Hi all -
I didn't see a Loose Lips thread started for today, so I hope it's ok that I started one. I'm not around much, but wanted to give a little update on the fur family.
Last Friday I brought home a couple new babies to love! :smile: Polly is a 1 1/2 yr old Maine Coon mix - she's very petite and pretty. She has big polydactyl paws, and tufts of fur in her ears and between her toes, and she has the same eyes as my sweet Emma. It's almost a little eerie sometimes! She's very friendly, and purrs whenever I pet her, though she's a little bit timid and isn't really looking for affection at this point.
Esther is Polly's 15 wk old baby. She's pretty stinkin cute if I do say so myself. :smile: She's teeny tiny. I met her brothers at their foster home, and they're nearly twice her size! She's such a sweetie, and a very happy girl. Basically if she's awake, she's purring.
They haven't met the dogs face to face yet. They've only seen each other through a baby gate. I don't think Esther's going to have a problem though. She's pretty bold. Last night she walked right up to the gate and was nose to nose with my Dory on the other side.

Hope everyone is doing well. I know some have lost their babies recently - I'm sorry I haven't stopped by to visit and give hugs. I saw the posts, but I was a little too emotional at the time. The memories of losing Emma are still pretty fresh.
