Yesterday's Condo

I'm always fascinated at how cats adopt a new behavior. They've lived in a space for years and serendipitously decide to hang out in a different spot. Gabby usually spends her time in either my study or bedroom -- except yesterday and today. She's now decided that the living room is the place to be. Last night I'm searching for her and my condo isn't all that big. Gabby's in none of her usual spots. I finally found her sitting under the coffee table. She is currently spending the morning in the same spot.

haha melissa that's funny. so perhaps the condo looks different from underneath the coffee table! ;-)

hope your ac at work is still working today and there's no melting or frying going on!

You are so right!We have 2 cats (well, they have us LOL) and I swear they conspire to keep us off balance. :smile:

I think I figured it out. Gabby is stationed in the living room so she can keep careful watch on the kitchen. I just tested before I'm out the door. Because Gabby will eat Gizmo's food, he gets an additional snack before I leave. I went to give Gizmo his food and guess who had moved from the living room to the kitchen with a, "What about me?" expression.

lololol That Gabby thought she was slick, didn't she :lol: Always a motive with our kitties, even tho we don't know what that motive may be!!
