6/7 Misha, day 1 OTJ trial: AMBG=47, PMBG=71

47 was a bit of a surprise--he woke me and demanded food during the night in a much more bossy way than usual, and I guess maybe now I know why! I measured twice (once in each ear) just to be sure that was accurate.

Since he definitely did not get any insulin yesterday, I don't need to feed him MC/HC or anything, right? Or should I be concerned?

You are correct, no insulin so this is a safe number. Cats not on insulin test in the 40's, it's a normal number. We just don't like cats on insulin there cause it gives no margin of safety.
