CHINA!! You trying to give your mamabean a heart attack!! Now I know you and Cinco have been together plotting against us. You truly can be "The Dastardly Duo!"

First, we started at AMPS at 212....where the he** did that come from??? So I decide to get in some BTB time with my conniving little kitty sleeping beside me, ever so peacefully...and even PURRING ...should have known something was up!

At 3.5 (after some great BTB time, I must admit) the devious little devil was still right with me, so when I tested her and got that 41, my first thought was "Meter error" so I immediately retested and got the same thing!! Out popped the high carb food (which, unlike yesterday, she didn't require me to spoon feed...now there's a surprise)

As you can see, it's been a busy day of tests and feeding the rest of the day. Was really shocked when she dropped back down at +7 though since she'd had quite a bit of high carb food.

So instead of driving to Columbia to get her favorite Natures Variety Frozen Raw food, I'm staying pretty close to home today. I'd called them yesterday to make sure they had some and they only had 1 bag, so agreed to hold it for me (I've called them to let them know I ain't going to make it until at least Tuesday)

Well, onward and (hopefully) upward!
 
China! What are you doing to your mamabean??? Don't you want her to get some more food for you? Glad to see you're heading back to the beach. Cinco's already up on shore building the fire for the hot dogs.

I hope that drop doesn't bring on the dreaded "B" word!
 
Well I'm much happier tonight than I was this morning!!

Now that I think about it, it seems like this morning's syringes' markings were off. I remember thinking "is that right?" because it looked like there was a little more space between the 0 line and the hub, so I'm really pretty convinced she probably got a bit too much this morning....although that still doesn't explain where the 212 came from

You know what happens when you accidentally drip syrup on your sugarcat's ear? The next time you go to poke it, it won't let go!!!....LOL
 
Those darn kitties can scare us half to death sometimes. Glad to see that China safely got back to shore, she keeps telling Lulu to stay out of shark territory, and then ventures in herself. :cat:
 
I'm noticing some syringes lines are even crooked on my last box....
I may have to pull out my calipers... you just can't trust those marks. :mad:

at least her timing is better for sleeping tonight....

Looks like she's giving the bean a break tonight, but I sure am quite uneasy about the past 24 hours....that drop this morning from 212 to 41 was definitely unexpected, but so was the AMPS number!!

Maybe I should just go ahead and get measured for my special coat with the really long arms that wrap all around me....wonder if I can get one made with a little "bling"?
