Bailey is definately getting better with the diarrhea. Last night he was chasing Cookie around the house so he had some energy. He had numerous soft ice cream poops last night and only one runny poop so I am thinking there is progress.

Hi Wendy,

Some articles memtioned cat seldom needs more than 3U in most case but I noticed that Tiggy needs 8 to 9U.
Have you check with you Vet (Internal Medicine) something might had cause the insulin resistence?

Yep - he went to the vet last week for a barrage of tests. Everything came back normal - just waiting on the key test results for acromegaly..
