Took her to the vet again tonight. She was acting even worse than before. Told she doesn't have a URI now, which is a little confusing to me. But she sounded clear to the vet, so...other than that, all test results came out normal, no ketones, good kidney function, etc. It wasn't a full panel though. She was given fluids and I'm to give the vet Tips numbers tonight and tomorrow. If she's acting just as bad or worse, the vet wants to get an xray taken since Tip was showing her abdomen was sore.

What are Tip's symptoms, other than feeling off and sore tummy? Is she eating OK?

Good thing you increased today, she's been missing green from her SS.

Other than tonight at her pm shot, yeah. But I think that's because she had just gotten home from the vet because she returned to the bowl shortly after her +2. Edit: just saw you asking about other symptoms. She's been very lethargic, drinking a ton, and up until yesterday a minor case of diarrhea.
