32! Good GOD! Just gave him some karo syrup and some food. Hopefully that will knock him back up. He's never had karo before. He gobbled that right up like a little kid on a stack of pancakes!

So much for going to bed early tonight!!!

Yep! 115 at 3.5, going to do another one soon at +4. Thanks for checking in on us. He wasn't acting funny, just hungry, which is his standard modus operandi. But when I tested him and found him to be so low I gave him some karo and he became CRAZED. He ran around like a crazy cat wanting more, which I gave him with a spoonful of FF Chicken. He inhaled that and then began yowling for more so I gave him the whole can. He is fine now, just gave him a head to toe brushing (spa treatment) and he is content.

Please stay on top of numbers. HC can wear off in 2 hours and then you can start to see numbers coming back down. Ideally, you will get two, rising, non-food influenced numbers.

He finished his FF Chicken (LC) an hour ago and hasn't had anything but treats since (dehydrated chicken bits).

I'm having to poke his poor little ears like 4 to 5 times to get enough blood. He's NOT happy with me.

I'd give him some LC...maybe if you do, you can give him 1.5 hours?

I'm warming, massaging, rubbing - everything. Lately they just dont want to bleed. I just gave him half a can of higher LC food (FF Roasted Chicken) which should hopefully hold him over cuz I am fading fast. Thanks for watching over us tonight. You've had quite a day of it!

I just didn't get to visit or check on to many others which I like to do.

God idea...just did the same for Gracie. Time for a couple hour nap.

Just had to prowl around the house looking for him as he is now in hiding. Not a good thing for him to do when his numbers are so low. He can usually be found on the couch or on my bed - nope, neither. Finally found him hiding under the dining room table (in the 4 years we've lived here he's never been THERE before unless it was to beg for some turkey dinner at Thanksgiving). At least he wasn't under the bed, I never would have gotten him outta there. Managed to squeeze out one more test to much fussing and whining. Poor little thing, his ears are sore. I am praying he bounces high tomorrow cuz he AND I both need a break. :sad:

It's funny (in a not so HA HA way) that we all strive for low numbers and then dread them when they finally arrive!

PS - he just jumped up on the bed with me and gave me a nudge. Yay, he still loves me!!!
