I'm back home....
brought Shadow some mauri foods....
opened the kangaroo first. she took a couple of bites and walked away....
But it's highly possible that she's just not impressed with kangaroo. giving it a bit before opening the next can.

but i'll cave shortly.

didn't get to see dd and sil.... they were sick ... fil not well ... so just me and dh ....
with no one else joining us we could afford to go to Pappadeaux.
I get to eat the other half of my lunch for dinner..... Yum!

got more flowers to plant so bbl....

hope all are doing okay today.... haven't had time to read much yet....

My Maxie used to be like that at times and I would have multiple cans opened in the frig.

I usually have 10 cans open...at all times.... and when I lose track... I just throw them away....
I estimate I throw away at least $3 a day....

Shadow ate the kangaroo after I said that.... I crushed duck heart on it and that got her going....

Why don't you freeze unused portions for later. I do that with all my higher carb food...I put it in ice cube trays and then put the frozen cubes into a container in the freezer for a later date....portion controlled as well!!

I hope the Mauri food works out! Billie doesn't like it, but Brooklyn loves it. Sorry to hear the fish broth was a hit and miss - I'm going to try it for Billie sometime this week. I'll be sure to keep the windows open!

Nice numbers today. I'm glad Shadow decided the kangaroo wasn't so bad after all. Minka does that alot. Very irritating, but I always forgive her because she ate!

What flowers are you planting? I got some bulbs a couple months ago at the store and forgot all about them. Came across them the other day and they say you can plant them until June. Well, it's barely June, so I'm going to give it a try. I got Iris, Peacock Orchids, Gladioli and Toad Lilies. No idea where I'll put them, but I'm gonna figure it out tomorrow after the race. I got a bulb planting gizmo to help me.
