Good Afternoon LL,
It's been a busy few days and I wasn't able to post until now. I hope all is well with our sugar kitties and their caregivers.
Some of you may recall that I have been trying a new, higher calorie diet with Pixie which I thought caused him to spike a little higher than usual ~ 120. However yesterday, through the night when I was checking in on Pixie, I noticed that he had vomited quite a bit and in three different spots. Fortunately, I was able to catch it early and gave him some cerenia for nausea and Bupe for pain. He is not his usual self today but he is eating somewhat. So now I'm not certain that it was the Wellness that was causing him to have some higher numbers - it may have been some pancreatitis. Regardless, of the reason, I think I will hold off on an OTJ trial and wait for his numbers to come back down into some consistent, green numbers.
