Yesterday, another pair of green starts followed by visits to the grotto.

Another 5 P day for Neko. Not entirely sure about play, but I thought I heard whacking and I did see her go over to Nanner Central earlier. There's a few puffy clouds in the sky so it's not quite as hot as yesterday, but the cats are still flaked out in the shade on the solarium floor.

Last night we had a first time ever event - Neko did not eat her +2 from the autofeeder on time. :o :o :shock: Neko had been having fun with her nanners when Theo decided it was time to stalk her. :twisted: Neko walked away and I think she went downstairs for a while (as evidence in the LB there). So she must have been downstairs when Otto started up. I went into the kitchen and saw Otto was open with food in it and had to go hunt Neko to let her know she was missing out on food. Normal Neko is to hover over Otto for at least 20 minutes before he's due and stare at him. I had a small moment of panic that she wasn't feeling well, but she hoovered it up as soon as she saw the food. Whew!

TGIF everyone - healing vines to beans and fur-kids that need it. I'm including Melissa's Charlie in the list along with Lucy, Trixie, Zener, and Tess.

It sounds like Theo distracted Neko and she didn't realize what time it was. I'm glad she ate okay.

Of the last 9 cycles, Neko had a 10x number at +9. Seems to be a favorite of hers. :smile:

@Carla, Catherine, Linda - No problem with food today. :lol: She's got her eye on Otto as I type. Most evenings she heads outside after +1 but didn't last night. Maybe the change in routine?

Neko is really looking good on this dose! I got a very good laugh about her waiting 20 mins for Otto to open :lol: :lol: I'm glad everything is ok with her appy! :-D

I think I'd look at it as a good sign that Neko was feeling so well that she forgot about Otto and was enjoying a change of scenery (I always try to look for the silver lining).

I'm glad she got her full compliment of fuds and is back on Otto watch. :lol:

very nice day for neko today!

you know, i thought i felt a small disturbance in the energy of the NW . . . must've been when Otto opened and no one was present to greet him! ;-) i'm so glad Neko is tuned back into Otto now. Feels like the universe is back to normal now! :lol:

No ignoring food tonight! Otto was well attended too, although she did go outside for 1/2 hour in between meals. After all her meals were done she was waiting for her +3 test (a bit early) and whining for it. She was lying in the kitchen on her back, tummy to the air, clearly starving. :lol: :lol:

@Ella, Marje, Anne, Tricia, Julie - First time in I don't know how many years that Neko was late for dinner last night. :o I just don't relate to appy issues. Marje - sometimes Neko waits 50 minutes for Otto to open. She sits one foot away and stares at Otto, willing him to open. :lol:
 
punkin would sit on our living room coffee table, about 15 feet away from the feeder, waiting for it to open. He would be faced towards it, and the second it started its noise, he would leap from the table going across anything inbetween (ie, anya or people) and be at the feeder before it even stopped moving. :lol:

nothing like being predictable! :-D
