Well, I certainly was not expecting that drop. I love seeing her green again, but I sure hope she doesn't bounce for it, and I need her to level it off because I have to teach this morning. Dosecrease threat works yet again!
There is a "kitten situation" at DH's work. Here's what I wrote last night:
I have no updates yet. DH said they've only seen the Mama cat so far today, but I don't think that's unusual. There are lots of bushes there, the kitties are all skittish since they are semi-feral. The little colony is situated between two businesses, and people at both businesses do feed the cats. DH just told me that the "main" caretaker at his workplace is now more responsive to getting the Mama spayed, which is good. But that's all I know so far today...no sign of either baby. They appear to be about 8 weeks old.
Please send vines to the little injured guy...either that we can get him help that he needs, or that he's just plain OK if we're not able to get him.
Have a great day, LL!

Some stressful "excitement" here...long story short, someone hit one of the semi-feral kittens in DH's parking lot. We went over to see if we could find the kitten and get him to a vet...no luck. One of DH's coworkers said the kitten was mobile, but limping/not using one leg. He limped off into the poison ivy-laden brush, where his Mama and littermate were. Hopefully he's OK...poor little guy. DH is keeping a carrier in his office, and maybe we'll be able to get the kitten tomorrow. It bums me out that he's in pain, but he seems as OK as a kitten in his position can be, since he was getting around. And there is lots of food around....several people feed these cats. Sadly, we can't get anyone to TNR them...even though we've volunteered to do a lot of the legwork, there is a vet nearby who only does TNR (at VERY reasonable rates), and we'll donate some funds towards it  ...
