Late posting today as I went out and met a good friend for coffee. She was my bridesmaid many moons ago so it is always good to see her and catch up. Our daughters are good friends and our grandchildren play together so it is nice.
DH fed Sheba her +2 meal for me while I was out.

Sheba still has high BG and I am trying hard to wear my patience pants, but I am getting restless in them.
Only good thing is I have had several good sleeps and almost feel like a normal human being!:joyful:

"Good sleeps"??? "Normal human being"??

These are terms I'm not familiar with.....please explain.....LOL

If she doesn't come back down in another cycle or two, I think I'd take her back to 5.75....try to get her "attention" again...but hopefully you'll hear from some others in the next cycle or two

I'm agreeing with Chris.
What's a normal human being?
Well some would say a normal human being is one who lets cats take over the bed, who puts off social engagements for the cat, who stays up at night testing the cat's BG, who worries when the cat doesn't eat, poop or wee and who is chronically sleep deprived.
Others would say a normal human being is one who gets 8 hours sleep, goes out socially without worries, doesn't own a cat, never heard of FD and who has a thoroughly boring life!

Glad to hear you took some time out to meet up with your friend, they are just as important in the support network, even if it's just to make you feel "normal". Let's see some blues now Sheba.

ETA, I think you've jumped a day ahead in your title Bron, wishing your life away there.

Hi Bron. Your post made me smile and I too had lunch at a cafe with a friend today and I left the icam on so I could check on my Lucy while I was out at the cafe :). I too am a normal person according to our definition. :)

"Normal" is a very relative term. It all depends on your paradigm. You all sound perfectly normal to me!

Sheba, dosecrease threat is on the table! Bean has ITF. Better hit the beach!

Thanks Carla, Tricia, Voula, Sue, Suki, Rhiannon and Chris for support.
Always appreciated.
Am beginning to think we might need a dosecrease if we don't see movement soon.
