One thing to consider is whether you want to follow the Tight Regulation Protocol (TR) or stick with Start Low Go Slow (SLGS) as your dosing method. TR would allow you to increase doses faster.
If you're not already doing so, I'd encourage you to test for ketones. It's more of a preventative issues given that Philly's numbers are high. Ketones can be a medical emergency so catching them early is important.
One point to consider is that as I'm sure you're aware, the dry food is going to make it harder to bring Philly's numbers into a better range.
