One thing to consider is whether you want to follow the Tight Regulation Protocol (TR) or stick with Start Low Go Slow (SLGS) as your dosing method. TR would allow you to increase doses faster.

If you're not already doing so, I'd encourage you to test for ketones. It's more of a preventative issues given that Philly's numbers are high. Ketones can be a medical emergency so catching them early is important.

One point to consider is that as I'm sure you're aware, the dry food is going to make it harder to bring Philly's numbers into a better range.

Thanks. I've been posting about my futile efforts to get Philly to eat wet food. In the past eight days I've opened dozens and dozens of cans. I have researched low carb dry and bought the top pick of one study, TikiCat Carnivore, which I've read has under 15% carbs.

He has tested negative for ketones, and I've made sure he eats, even if it is his dry. I'll do a curve this weekend, and will need to increase his dose soon even if he's still eating some dry. I can't leave him at these numbers.

His numbers are consistent every day, so what would be the reason against raising him .25 even with some dry food in his diet? Seems like the advantages of getting lower numbers would be a good idea.

I also misspoke. You can't follow TR if dry food is in the equation. Ordinarily, you would need to wait a week before increasing the dose since you're following SLGS. However, with the numbers being this high, I think fast tracking the dose until you see some movement would be OK.

I'm thinking the same. We are going to do a 12-hour curve tomorrow just to confirm what we've seen this week. If he stays high, we'll increase Sunday.
