~O) ~O) My fuzzy guy has 4 Ps in place this AM. Sleeping is more fun right now than playing. Gus woke me up by giving little nibble kisses which turned into pinches when he was ignored. Being fresh again......how great is that?!!

every time somebody posts about their cat starting to do things they haven't done in a while, it gives me chills. Love it! I'm sure you don't mind being waked up that way.

Morning! What a nice wake up calls. Love it! It is so good to know Gus is becoming Gus again. :cool: :razz: I get wet noses and whiskers from Mannie. One of the civvie thinks that pawing my shoulder, claws extended is the way to go. She gets booted. :lol:

what a sweet start to your sunday morning. this must be a better dose for gus to have him start to feel more like himself. i noticed just a couple of weeks ago that punkin has finally re-fluffed. it's so good to have them feel better.

I have no idea why Gus is so high today. He doesn't appear to be uncomfortable. He's been active and focused and social all day. Like I said, no idea. :sad:

Hi Bev, Gus may be bouncing from the blue numbers yesterday. I believe that bounces can be "cycle bounces" as well as within- a- cycle bounces. The nice thing is that the "hi" numbers don't seem to be bothering him. Nice reading about your alarm clock this morning!

Bev - I'm sorry Gus is hitting HI tonight, but at least he's feeling good. And, he gave you such a wonderful wake-up call - what a very special kitty, for a very special bean! I agree with Libby...it gives me chills when I hear about such happy cats - and that's something only other cat people would understand!

It never ceases to amaze me that no matter who is feeling a little bit defeated or 'down', there is always someone else in LL who comes along and says just the right thing and helps that other person to smile, dust off and move forward. Thanks Sienne for solving such a feline dilemma for me. Why didn't I think of that!! :lol: Tomorrow, things will be better. And I do agree that this is probably a bounce. I think I've been focused on Gus' ill-health lately that I've started to equate high #s with a physical problem when afterall, it's a simple bounce. Wow! This really IS a marathon.
 
I haven't been on much today, but wanted to stop in and say hi!! I'm glad Gus is starting to act like Gus again!! The numbers might not always indicate they're getting better, but how they act surely does!!

one of the things i've realized is that i have to remember - if i weren't looking at a number, how would i think punkin was doing? take away my technology and i have a super happy kitty who acts normal like a kitty should. some playing and a lot of sleeping, a lot of love for his food and his beans. his quality of life is awesome! that's what i'm concentrating on!

just thought i'd share that perspective.
 
Hey Gus it's your fellow Acro bro, Lanky, checking in here. I'm thinking it is sun spots & the the earth's changing magnetic poles that are causing Lanky's crazy numbers. Maybe that affecting Gus too!
