Tomorrow night is D-day for the move. I'm so ready to have everything in one place again. I'm so battered and bruised at the moment and really want to just curl up on my new couch in my new livingroom with a cat or 6 and relax.

The babies are so on edge now since they're basically in a near empty house. Everyone is hissing at each other. Just want them all at the new place so they'll finally understand that no one is getting dumped or given away.

Aw.. I know, moving is so hard on everyone. It is so difficult not to be able to reassure the fur-babies, that was the difficult part for me - if only we could communicate with them. It will be over soon. Hang in there!
 
Okay I'm finally admitting I'm not supermom. We may get moved in this weekend yet...like Sunday but it's definitely not tomorrow night I'm whipped. I hurt in places I didn't know I had the ability to hurt in. And the more I crawl around at kitty level the more baby proofing I find that needs doing that needs daddy's expertise with power tools. In fact I'm not even going to go over to the new place tomorrow. I'm staying at the old house and packing up everything but the pure essentials. Then taking a freaking nap.

Good for you, Mel, you wont be any good to anyone if you dont take the time for yourself.
