Yesterday

Zener had a great day yesterday! He caught a bird!! He is quite proud of himself, as you can imagine. :-D Luckily, I was able to rescue the fledgling finch and put it into a neighbor's yard. I hope it learned to fly. Zener also had some very nice numbers last night. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: I did give him a little cypro this morning as his appy was a little iffy. Anne read that antihistamines are good for gastric paresis and the improved appy is good for bean stress so he got 1/16 of a pill. Should be kicking in any time.

We had a very nice time in the back yard yesterday. Zener was quite busy with his hunting. I love the expression on his face in the first one.



OT: Anne's trip to Denmark went just fine. She arrived in time to look at the gym, take a shower, and get something to eat. And now they are starting work.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans and sending healing energy. Happy Tuesday, LL!

Hi Liz. Nice start in the blue zone for Zener. The pics are great and like you mentioned his facial expression in the first one is priceless. He is definitely locked onto something. Good break for the bird he caught. I can imagine the look he gave you when you set it free after he worked so hard to capture it :lol: I'll bet he really looks forward to his outside time.

Glad that Anne had a safe trip to Denmark. Have a great day Liz.

Aww......really cute pics of the hunter, Zener! It's good to see him so active. I hope the antihistamine kicks in and gives Zener a happy appy.
Glad Anne's trip to Denmark went well. She must be tired and sounds like it's right to work.

Way to go Zener on the bird! Glad it is ok and that you rescued it. Can't take the hunter out of the kitty. Love the pics, especially the first one. Have a great day Liz!

Oh my goodness!!! I love that first picture!!!! HILARIOUS! :cool: He probably uses that face to stun the birds so that he can pounce! Great strategy, Zener! :lol: Lovely blue start this morning. Now, we need a nice slow slide into the greens followed by some steady surfing!!! Hope Zener's appy picks up.

Hahahahaha, the expression on Zener's face in that first pic, reminds me of that evil guy with the mustache and black hat in a cartoon. :lol:

I'm glad to hear that Anne arrived safely in Denmark and is all ready with sleeves rolled up. :-D

Nice surfin' today, Zener. Eat some yummies today, okay? Makes the mamas and aunties happy.

Oh wow on the bird. I hope it was okay. Zener must have been very proud of himself. I love the pictures. I hope his appy is better this evening. I'm glad Anne had a good trip and made it safely.

Kind of a blue and yellow day today? How about sliding down again to blue overnight Z-man?

Love love love that pic of the avid hunter. That stare alone would scare away birds. :lol: :lol: Good thing you managed to save the fledgling from Zener. Any correlation to catching birds and good appy?

WooHOO Zener- champion bird catcher. I love the pics, especially the facial expressions. Good job Z-Man. Not too bad on the numers today too.

I am glad all is going well for Anne, and that she made it safely.
