Well bummer on that amps, and the fur shot. I so suspect Rusty knew there was a trip in the making, and up went the stress level. it's OK big guy, camp i fun! just think of all those fun times with all your furbuddies.

Oh darn on that fur shot. :sad: Maybe it was all the excitement of leaving for camp. Oh well, Rusty will get right back in line when you all get settled in. Safe travels, Ella.

Only good thing I can think of is: he won't go low during the road trip! See? We can ALWAYS find a silver lining if we are desperate enough...

Hi again,
We are here at camp and Rusty had a pretty good trip with the usual small vomit and good use of his travel litterbox. We are all tired. Had to clean the cabin and get things in order. Didn't have to go shopping because there are no grocery stores within 30 miles (did go to the gas station/convenience store for OJ and milk and beer). Tomorrow I will be hiking with our friend while Edward and her husband go paddling. Edward will be around for Rusty most of the time. Rusty enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine for a while and we think he spotted a mouse near the fireplace. He came totally alive for a few minutes. Wow, he just spotted something while I thought he was asleep!! He is on the hunt.

Bbl. got to rest my eyes.

Back at camp! I hope Rusty has settled down by now at realizes it was just a trip to his favorite place! And indoor hunting to boot! :lol: :lol:

DUUUUUDE! Mouses on the first day! AWESOME!!! I will escape out the back door while daddy-bean is playing with the new little rug rat, and run over for tag-team mouse-a-thon! We will catch lots and grill them up Mannie style! ~Leo
