Ah, no hypo. Dare I hope that he is going to be regulated soon?

Activity: Last night he slept on the bed with us. Fluids given this am. Feisty. Eating, drinking, peeing, pooing outside, sitting outside, roaming the yard.

You are right, BJM -- going to treat him like a baby for the next few days. The only problem is he is going to bounce off of this 170. I wish I hadn't been too tired to get up and test him in the night so I had some idea about the mid-cycle. I'm shooting in the flank now exclusively, and he's well hydrated.

Max had a good poo in the litter box around +10. No constipation, but one part of it was a little more firm than the majority of it. He peed in the box three times since yesterday morning around +10 (for the nighttime cycle), but he may have peed outside once or twice. He ate about one large can of Wellness within the last 24 hours and a little roast chicken for his treats. He didn't drink water more than once today, if that.

My only concern right now is what to do if his BG is too low for a shot tonight. I think I'll wait until its high enough. I don't want him to go without a shot. Each time I have to skip one because of a low number, we end up in the red again. My hope, of course, is for another day like today or close to it, and the possibility of a dose reduction. It's going to be a long night, lol.
