Bella is doing well. I am starting to be in pre-flight panic mode. I am leaving tomorrow one hour before her regular shot time, so I'll give her her insulin at that time and leave food in the feeder, and the sitter will come later in the morning, so there will be a 13:30 hour gap. I know she will be fine. But I cannot help it!
@Bandit's Mom I kind of want to go with 2.5 units to be extra-safe, especially since she won't have as many varied snacks (she gets lots of cheese, butter and cream when I cook or have breakfast. I account for it in her meals, but that will not happen for the next 3 weeks, except if my husband decides to feed her snacks... who knows. I doubt it, though. Spoiled little Bella!) so I don't want her to go low. What do you think? Thank you, Bhoomma
