Yesterday's festival of poo

Good morning LL, and a blissfully boring one it is for us! :-D Zener was on the bed a full hour before test, feed, shoot time demanding petting and mostly trying to roust the bean for an early breffis. Gotta appreciate these happy appy mornings! No cold wet prezzies for the bean to step in this morning, everything was where it belonged in the litter boxes. No poo yet, but after yesterday morning's poo parade, no surprise. :cool: Post breffis napping behavior taking place, so this BIC is going BTB. I-)

Thinking of our beloved LL kitties in need of healing vines, and sending hugs to all the beans who are such dedicated and loving caregivers. Hoping Rusty is feeling better today and enjoying a great visit to Camp Stu with his beans and Auntie Linda. For those in the western US, sending cooling thoughts! And for those in the east, will you send some of your copious amounts of rain to bust our drought and heat wave in the southwest. ;-)

Good morning, Anne! Glad Zener is doing well this morning. Also "YAY!" for an easy start to your day! Muuuuch better than yesterday ;-) .

Morning Anne, I had to check on the LB thing with Zener this morning and glad all is okay. Yes, I wouldn't worry if no lb action today after what happened yesterday. We have the heat here, too, so know what you're going thru. Do you have any a/c, as I know normally you wouldn't need it. Have a great day.

Thanks to all for the cooling wet wishes, and not the ones under da toes. :lol: Zener abandoned his cabana outside because even with the shade it was too hot. He also has asked for fuds today as his usual feeding times. :shock:

@Josie & Ripley - we all enjoyed a lovely BTB this morning, slept for over two hours, just in time to get a +3. :cool:

@carla - we are so grateful for happy appy, it's even better than green numbers, if we had to choose. :lol:

@Dyana - thanks for sending the rain, you all have had your share. Zener just came dashing in. And, at the very same moment, it clouded up and I hear thunder in the distance. Wow, you're good. :-D

@Ann & Maggie - thanks for checking in on the poo situation. We appoint you a deputy of poo. :razz: We do not have a/c. We open the house at night and early morning, use fans to pull in the cool air, then close things up again when the temps start to get higher outside than in. It is quite rare for us to have very many days above 90 and usually if it happens, it's at the end of June. Our southwestern monsoons get started about the 4th of July, then things cool off in the mid-day when the clouds build up. Paws crossed Ms Mags isn't too affected by the heat.

@Amy & TrixieCat - I second that emotion! Hooray for boring mornings. :lol:

@Michelle - thanks for stopping in to cheer on the blue boy. We are enjoying cool, wet weather vicariously through all your wonderful pictures on facebook. :-D

@Kathie - thanks for stopping by and encouraging the mighty Z to hop on the down slide. :razz:

Hi Anne. Nice slide out of the yellow zone by Zener this morning. Glad everything was in it's place and that you weren't greeted with "the brown ooze" between your toes :lol: .

You have raindrops????? OMG...send some puhllleeze!! It is hot here although I think it only got to 105 at our house yesterday so not too bad. But when it's even hot after dark....well, that is very telling here.

@John - Bwahahaha :lol: It was the cool pee under the toes, not the brown ooze. Still, I'm not sure which is the more disgusting! :lol: Thanks for the rain vines, we got about 8 drops!

@Marje - hooray for the Zener slide, love the cool blues! We did have a few raindrops, some thunder and a little bit of wind. Paws crossed the lightening doesn't start a bunch of fires, we are so dry. I know what you mean about staying hot after dark. It was still in the 60s outside when I got up at 5:15 this morning. Shocking in oh so many ways - that it was still that warm in Flagstaff and that I was up to see it. :lol: Liz gets home Tuesday night. Tillie will be so glad her family is all together again. :YMHUG:

We have some cloud cover, a little thunder and a few drops of rain. Our temps came down nicely to 81F! Zener had a little lunch snack and is back outside in his cabana.

Today is the last day of Liz's workshop in Vancouver. Tonight she shifts from the hotel to stay with friends. She has two darks and a day to enjoy time with them, flying home Tuesday. I'll pick her up from the shuttle right after the Tues PMPS test, feed and shoot routine. :razz:

My my, :mrgreen: and it's raining!

@rhiannon - we had a few drops mid-day and a nice 10 minute shower about 5:00PM MST. It is still cloudy and breezy with drips and drop here and there, about 0.1in in our rain gauge! Woo hoo! The kitties are a little freaked, wet paddy paws you know. :roll:

Happy appy at PMPS, the cooler weather really helps us all feel better. :-D

Beautiful slide! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: I think our rain has been traded for your warmth. Of course, not as much rain as we got and not quite as hot as you got. Fair trade for now.
