? 6/30 Xander AMPS 196 +3 76 +4 87 - Dose Increase or wait it out?

Good afternoon! I hope everyone is doing well and staying cool.

The higher flat cycles continue. Now that they are affecting the AM cycle as well I am thinking we need a dose increase. The only reason I am a little hesitant is because he had some normal nadirs such as the 64 on 6/27 and then today's 76. Nothing else has changed in this time frame like diet or eating timing. He is also behaving exactly the same and has the same appetite as when he was still reliably getting to good green nadirs, so im less inclined to think its worsening pancreatitis or pain.

Does it look like I should try an increase to 0.75 or give it a few more days to see if its temporary?

You can nudge it up to 0.75u. He might not be there long but just be sure you watch the numbers closely. He’s looking pretty good.

Good luck if you increase, let's get rid of those high blues. Xander, you look so much nicer in greens and low blues!

Good luck if you do decide to increase! It is always a bit stressful when you see the odd low nadir, but hopefully it’ll help flatten him out at some lower numbers again
