6/30 Radar - increase again?

so I stayed up late testing Radar last night and am mostly seeing numbers in the 200s. According to TR I think I should increase again. My question is about that 183 preshot number we had. I'm thinking it doesn't really count.... is that right? Please advise. Thanks

I would go ahead and increase to 4.25.
