yesterday she was amps 233, pmps 203 and this morning down to 182!!! wahoo!!!!

I've been giving her a can of FF in the morning and evening and she has Evo dry for grazing. Not sure how i'll be able to incorporate that once we're back home with the three other cats, but for now its working. I'm thinking I'll have to get out some canned food for the civvies to keep them busy, then set her up so she gets to eat it. :) My Mystery is a little piggie.

GG is doing really well being in the bathroom at the drooler house and the droolers are totally NOT trying to bust in on her when I go in...they are some big droolers too...I think they know she needs treatment so they really don't mess with her or me when I'm treating her. Amazing.

I so love animals.

Not sure if you posted yesterday because i couldn't find a condo...but I did find one for Monday. If you could put a link into your first condo of the day, it would be easier for everyone to click on it to see what transpired the day before. It's something that many do not remember...but it does make it easy to keep condos together. Know what I mean? :-D Here is the link from Monday:

Nice AMPS in the blue for GG this morning. How are your computer problems? I hate when I can't get online.
As far as those EVO snacks...do you know how many carbs they have? I a not sure...maybe someone will post if they know.

Are you home during the AM cycle? Just looking at your SS and it would be great if you could manage some checks during the day time cycle. And, a before bed check is import too. Getting BG checks will give you more data which is important as you move along.

I did not post yesterday at all which is why i put her numbers in my first post here...sorry about that. I can only get on here from work and some times I just don't have the time...in fact, I still need to get to her ss and put in today's number.

I can and will do a BG check tonight before i go to bed just to see what the night time numbers are. I have to work all day so I can't do any during the day...it's a crazy week for me. Next week will be much calmer.

The Evo only has about 7% carbs...totally grain free made from meat. it's very expensive too. :o

I'm slowly working on canned food...its not just the cats that I have to transition, its also the DH....canned food is more expensive and he's having a fit already about the cost of her treatment, and the cost of food, etc. I do understand where he's coming from....we have yet to sell our house in PA and now own a house in NC...and the end of July I wont be working...unless I can get something set up by then over the internet. I'm looking into the Petco groomer/training program. Any thoughts?

I think Target carries Fancy Feast at good prices right now. Maybe look into low-carb Friskies or Fancy Feast and look for sales (but I am sure you already do that...duh...LOL)
That's great if you can get before-bed check tonight (and each night....just so you will see where GG is heading during that cycle.)
Nothing you can do about the absence of daytime checks then, if you are working.. Perhaps a curve on your days off then if you can.
Any numbers any time is fine...whatever you can do....

Just thought of something...IF you switched to low-carb canned food and didn't have to buy that expensive EVO 7% dry, you might see better BG numbers. Better BG numbers = less insulin. How's that for a good discussion? :lol: All the supplies and the food and the insulin...well, it really is a big chunk out of our budgets. :sad:

This is a lot to deal with...I know. HUGS to you...you are doing fantastic!! Keep up the great job! :mrgreen:
