6/30 Blaze (might be coming out of remission...?)

Hi everyone,
My cat Blaze has been in remission since Sept. 23rd of 2020.
These past couple of months I have noticed that his sugars have been creeping up a bit...Since his remission started, I didn't test as much. Dates of testing are on the SS. I am worried about seeing these numbers considering he has been on green for months.
Blaze also has hairball problems and when he does have one (usually he throws one up every 3 weeks of so) he has undigested food left in his stomach and I have noticed that when that is the case the sugars get a bit higher than normal and then after he throws up, they go back down but not as low as they used to be.
I use the ALPHATRAK 2 to measure his BG so the numbers you see on his SS are a bit higher than what they would be if using the human meter.
The vet said that if his BG stays under the low teens and Blaze doesn't show any symptoms of diabetes (excessive drinking and peeing) to not worry.
Blaze has his annual check up on July 16th.
I am willing to share his AlphaT spread sheet with whomever might want to see it, but won't post it here.
Any thoughts?
Thank you everyone!

Hi Paola. I hope he’s not coming out of remission. Now that you are on summer break try and get some tests 3-4 hours after he eats and maybe a few tests at night. He’s a bit higher than we like to see.

Ok I was thinking to start testing more often as well. His last hair ball was over 2 weeks ago too...so he might be brewing one at the moment.

Ok, we have a vet appointment on the 16th this month. I will tell the vet! This a good point because now that I think about it, when he was in full diabetes and he drank like crazy, he was probably keeping his teeth cleaner with all that water. But since he went in remission he hardly drinks anything. I never see him at the fountain. He is getting all the hydration through the wet food...
