6/2 Shasta

WCR: All Ps in place. Got snuggles last night and this morning. She's curled up in my lap right now. Problem is...it's poke time which means that I have to get up and disturb the kitty! Her appy is ok. She is acting a bit weird about fuds though. She'll act hungry, look at her fuds, but then just sit and wait. Then, I pick up the bowl and she eats like a piggy. Girl is getting spoiled and it's only the beginning of summer. :-D

OT: Well, today is the day we are bringing in the new horses from down the road. I feel the need to go pull weeds before we bring them down, but I'm enjoying my lazy time with Shasta. choices, choices!

Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

Oh my goodness...Shasta has been talking to Trix - this is how Trix insists on eating these days too. I am SO sorry Trix has influenced Shasta like this!

Enjoy the lazy time with Shasta...there is nothing like a snuggly kitty!

What is up with the girls wanting extra attention? Love that she snuggles so much. Sounds like a perfect way to start off the summer. Now for blues Shasta! Enjoy your day Deborah!

It sounds like Shasta is taking advantage of you because she knows you'll pick up the plate for her. Enjoy your lazy time with Shasta.

Re: 6/3 Shasta PMPS=184

Oh, she sure showed me...throwing that blue at me at pmps! The 45 minutes leading up to dinner, she just bugged and bugged and bugged me! Then, I put down her dinner bowl...she takes a few licks and walks away. I call her back up to the couch, hold her bowl and she eats half of her dinner!  Silly girl.

I spent 3 hours pulling weeds today. Good thing I did...found several hot spots of crotalaria that I hadn't seen the past few weeks. We are transferring the new horses tomorrow morning. I'm hoping to get some good video of my boy acting like a stud...new horses invading his pasture should create a fun morning!

Re: 6/3 Shasta PMPS=184

BLUEtiful start tonight! Paws crossed for more gorgeous blue surfing.

WOOT on summer time and mega snuggles. Sorry about the weeds, darn things! I'm glad your horse if feeling better now.

Re: 6/3 Shasta PMPS=184

Hi Deborah,
Rusty does the same thing with his food bowl. Tonight he's eating his dinner on the couch, 2 hours after it was served!

How neat to have a horse!

Have a fine evening,

Ella & Rusty

I think this is Shasta's payback for all the time I spent weeding today...see how long she can keep me awake tonight with these greens. Oy vey! Can't complain too much...just got some snuggles as I laid on the ground with her...granted, I almost couldn't get up, but still...love those snuggles! Hated to do it, but I just gave her a little 12% FFEMF Chicken. If she hasn't gained a few ounces in the past day or so, I'll be surprised!!!! Sleep well, everyone. I know I will, eventually! :-D

WOW, nice night for Shasta!  Looks like a great surf in the making. Mannie loved those FFEMF Chicken and Turkey when he was low too. Good stuff! Surf well tonight Shasta. :-D

Great evening for Shasta, but I don't blame you for trying to speed up the process. A girl's gotta get her beauty sleep!

When I read your comment about her eating when you hold the plate, Trixie was the first thing I thought of! These kitties do talk behind our backs, don't they?

I need to get out and pull some weeds, too. I only got half the yard done last week.

I hope you get a good night's sleep, Deborah.
