Hope all kittehs made it home safely from the party, Lulu tells me it was a good one! She came home with a really cute hat, but was pretty shifty when I asked her where she got it. I see that China was missing her hat, and this one looks suspiciously like it. I would be more than happy to travel down to the Lake of the Ozarks area to return it, I hear that is a beautiful spot for outdoors lovers ;)

Recently, Lulu's taking to jumping and yowling every time I poke her ear, took 3 tries to get a +4. I recently changed from Accu-chek to Bayer lancets, I wonder if the change in lancet is hurting her
 
It's possible...I used to use the Relion lancets and then Marje sent me a box of Freestyle lancets and they seem to be "sharper" (of course they're about twice the price too)

But China doesn't seem to even feel the Freestyle even though they're a smaller gauge (so they make a bigger hole) but she'd jump once in awhile when I was using the Relions

Another awesome day for Lulu. I wonder what she'll do with that green PMPS. :D

I switched to the OneTouch Delica lancets, 33 g, and Neko seemed to appreciate the smaller pokie. I do have to be a bit more patient "milking" the drop cause of the smaller hole. Also, make sure you are poking with the bevel side up.

Neko swore the kitties took a vow of silence on the hats. As far as she's concerned, nothing happened. ;)
