While this hasn't happened in a while, this is the first time it's happened while he's been on insulin. He just has zero interest in eating this morning. This might change by 10 or 11, but he is absolutely refusing to eat would rather drink water and nibble on the cat grass. It's now 31 minutes past his normal shot time and I have not been able to get any food into him - do I just skip this morning's dose?

The thing with Lantus is that you have time till onset to get food into him. Is he looking okay besides the lack of appetite? Any signs of nausea, pain, discomfort etc?

He just ate some chicken without EZcomplete - but we're now 44 minutes past normal shot time. How will this affect dosing today?

You can shoot then. Tonight you can shoot 30 minutes early and tomorrow night 15 minutes to get back on schedule if that works for you. You can also shoot 15 minutes early for 3 cycles to get back on track if that works.

That's actually how I had guessed you'd get back on track. Thank you. I believe today he didn't want to eat because I overdid the pumpkin :/
