becos Belle also had kidney deficiency, i was told by someone in this group (i forgot exactly who), he needs something with Phosphorus under 200 as well.
but it seems like the lowest Phosphorus with this brand is 191

he needs something with Phosphorus under 200 as well.

It gets tougher when there are multiple issues. Some use a phosphorus binder like @Amy&TrixieCat which is added to the food to reduce the phosphorus. Maybe she can help guide you here. In the meantime this link gives you the Low Phoshorus food along with the carb count.
