I didn't post at all yesterday. To be honest I was sicker than a bob-wow. Don't know how I managed to do it but I swear I gave myself a "mild" case of food poisoning. The only times I got off my back was to run to the bathroom or look after Tori. As it was I figured out later that I forgot to give her her Pepcid and Metacopramide last night. That and having a cold to bout I've been quite miserable but am much better this afternoon.

Anyway Tori is feeling much more herself. She is eating much better. Small frequent meals which is fine with me. She won't touch her usual raw diet so she's chowing down on Fancy Feast Turkey and Giblets mainly. I'm going to go out and stock up tomorrow and get her her birthday present. Thursday is the big day so please don't forget it. She's been grooming well and being a real sweetheart with me. Yesterday she spent a lot of the day lying beside me. She was comforting me more for sure than I was comforting her. She's also been feisty with the boys when they step out of line which is a joy to see.
Now for the good news. Dr Doug called first thing this morning. All the aspirates that he took of lymph nodes in various parts of her body are perfectly clear! That means we are only dealing with the one node. So we've caught it early. I am so happy about that. Now that darn chemo just better do its thing and make my girl all better.
By the way I took Tori's dose up a tad to 1.5. I'm a thinking I will probably have to take it up a bit more but will wait til Thursday I guess to see.
Have a good night everybody. Kiss all your babies for me. May they all dream in blues and greens.
