Yesterday

It poured rain most of today (and is still raining "cats & dogs"). We went down to camp to take some stuff there and move 2 canoes, and just at that time the rain mostly stopped!!
Rusty held the fort (we got home in time for +8). He ate some of his food, but "saved" the rest and ate some more when we got home. His case of Canidae chicken pate arrived, but he is not too enamored with it. I want the old Wellness back! At the moment FF T&G is the only food he will eat consistently.

Going downstairs now to hold his bowl.
Tomorrow I have to finish the cleaning and the shopping in preparation for our holiday houseguest. She arrives on the bus from NYC on Sunday. I sure hope the weather clears for the 4th of July, but we are supposed to have rain and storms through Sunday, and Monday, too. We'll be canoeing in the streets soon!! Fortunately the 4th of July party we go to every year is at a camp that is only accessible by boat.

Wow, look at Rusty go! All that green. Well done little one, keep on surfing as good as you have been. Looks great!

Wow on your weather! Things are fairly decent here. We've had sunny days in mid 70 to 80 degree temperatures. Been awfully nice. Gives me and Nicholas and William a chance to be outdoors and exploring wonderful places. Lots of rivers and lakes and Beaches. They are having an excellent summer vacation so far. Needless to say of course the pool continues to rule all. They just love swimming!

Good luck with Rusty's fuds! It always used to drive me crazy with Brands and particular flavors we've been using for such a long time change. Makes it awfully tough. I hope Rusty takes to the new food. Eat up Rusty! It's all good for you.

Hope all is well with Camp Stu. It was always one of Mannie's favorite places. Brings back great memories when I think of it.

Enjoy your friends visit. I will hope for good weather for you. So far looks like ours for the 4th will be decent. No rains at least. Always a plus when you live in the Pacific Northwest.

Good morning to the rain soaked vacation!

I would have traded you our weather last week for some rain of your rain. We had 95f during the day and 50f at night. Our drive home it went from 104-123f and the ac stopped working in my jeep! 15 hour drive in that heat. Looks like my rain dance hit your area instead of mine!! Lol
