Thank you all so much 
I went to visit my 91 year old grandmother today and asked my fiancé to come by and feed Peyton while I was gone. I left his food in containers and all he needed to do was add water. You know what he did instead??? Went to play golf!!! Errr!!! So Peyton went from 10:30 this morning until 8:30 tonight without food when he is used to several small meals a day. I'm not sure if that is the cause for the higher PMBG. He went waaaay down after he ate a couple small meals. Whew!
Fiancé is in the dog house tonight!!!

Did you give insulin or go ahead and start the trial?
If you didn't shoot, you can check at +3...if the number comes down, that means his pancreas is working!
