Yesterday, Neko finally got her groove back.

6/28 Recap:
AMPS 92:D +6 177 +9 134
PMPS 118 +4 157 +9 78:D

Back to sunshine today, Neko is back in the solarium. She doesn't mind the little breezes we have today, but the wind last night was a bit scary out there. At least we didn't get the T-storms, though we did get about 10 more drops of rain. :rolleyes: DH is back and Neko was lying down in the hallway when he got back, purring to see him.:joyful:

Neko scored a good second helping of breakfast today. Theo decided this morning he wasn't as fond of lamb as he was last night. :rolleyes:

Bean is dragging. DH got home after 11, wanted to go check the boat trailer in the cove cause he's seen fire engines head off that way when he dropped someone off and it was very windy. Then he wanted to move the trailer a bit, then unload oars. Needless to say, when the +9 alarm went off, I decided I didn't want even the short row after 3 hours sleep. I'll go tonight and DH can tend to the cats.

Very nice day for you, Neko! Liking your groove!!! Sorry to hear about your really long night! Hope you can catch up on some

Glad Neko is getting back on track. Hope you get some rest tonight. No tricks tonight Neko
let your bean sleep.

Hi Wendy, I hope that you're out on the water as I write, enjoying a lovely row.
Neko, keep up the good work and show some more green this evening, OK?

Ella & Rusty

Hope you get some real rain soon! Wish I could send you some of ours.

Neko had a quick (I had hoped) trip to vetty for one month follow up bloodwork. Of course it was one of those times when the waiting room was full of droolers, and the one resident cat hogging one of the chairs. The first 141 was before the vet trip, then she stalled instead of coming down. Guess the long wait didn't help.

Ann, Deborah, Carla, Peg, Lori, Ella, Rhiannon, Patricia - Neko is doing her usual stall after the green night. I'm kind of hoping the next test will give me a sleep pass tonight, although it's hard in the heat. When I got home from rowing tonight, it was the same temperature (27C or around 85F) both inside and outside the house. Doors and windows are open - hoping the cooling air will come in. Neko is flaked out on the kitchen floor. She even hung out downstairs for a couple of hours after the vetty visit. Very unusual and sensible of her - it's much cooler there. So hoping Rhiannon's rain dance works - nothing but sun in the next week's forecast.

Hope you enjoyed getting out on the water Wendy, at least it must be cooler there. Wise cat Neko to stay where it's coolest, hope she comes down for you but you still get a good night's sleep. It's O8.00 here and already 24, doesn't bode well for the rest of the day.

Suki - I knew it was going to be a hot one here when it was 24 at 9:00AM. :( Hoping for clouds here and there. It was cooler but muggier on the water and I was working hard. Might be enough to help me sleep.

Hope you are sound asleep and having the sweetest dreams :)

One great thing about my vet - separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats - not that it helps with Vyktor since he hates other cats as much as Droolers!
