Mannie seems to be on a yellow surf since last evening - continuing with a 274 this morning. I hope that this means things will start to change for Mannie, that we find those blues and greens once again. paws crossed! We shall see how the morning progresses. I hope to be able to do an urban hike this morning by one of the local cities here - an island perimeter hike in an estuary area known for its wildlife. Yes!! So surf a little longer Mannie, OK? cat_pet_icon

WCR: Ready for action today! Once again he made sure I got up, made sure breffis wasn't late, made sure I knew he wanted out. He was on high alert this morning as we could hear the meows of a local that was making his tour through Mannie turf: nose pressed to the glass of the slider, looking for the offender. :-x Must be that cute little stray that comes and visits. :? Doubtful that mannie is too fond of this one... :shock: He finally gave up, went for a few I-) I-) I-) in his catnip stash.

Yo Mannie--BLUE MANNIE--You look great in blue. Wish I could join the blue surf today, but I'm stuck in yellow. It must be the cinnamon! Our birthday cake for Tray is just about to come out of the oven, so let's head up to Tray's. I hear that he's making goodie bags filled with catnip and Temptations for everyone at the party. Maui is going to make blue wave blues (a new drink). She's really happy that we gave her back her red wagon.

Mannie is on his way - ran out the door, headed to Stu's to help with the cake baking and then up to Tray's. muttering the whole time that he hopes no one notices that he's back up to a yellow 299.... he is so excited about the goodie bags and maui's new drink. another party - how do these kitties do it?

well a short lived blue - though i wonder if this is in part a food spike? I had fed him before I left for my hike - at +5 with what I thought was LC - I wonder and will have to check... then again - who knows - this is Mannie and not unheard of for him to go higher at around +9, +10.

pmps 377. ugh. bounce maybe? NDW? well it is what it is, and we move forward. I hope he finds the yellows at least before the day is done. I think that Mannie needs one of Maui's new drinks - the blue wave blues. and some cinnamon cake.
