Really nice readings so far today. AMPS was pretty much flat from the earlier PM+7. Then a nice, slow decline all day after that. If it continues, Jenks should be in the lagoon by PMPS.

Limp tail update is mostly unchanged. He's still alert, happy, purry, and out in the open. He continues to want to swat and wrestle with anyone who walks by. Nothing about him, his demeanor, or his blood sugar seems to indicate any hidden pain or discomfort.

I think I see a little life returning to the tail, so I'm cautiously optimistic. Just now, I ran my finger along the underside of the tail and was able to coax some flicks out of the very tip. That's definitely an improvement over yesterday. So for the time being, he remains under observation.

Still monitoring the tail situation. I've had to break up more wrestling matches than I can county today.

But would ya look at that PMPS???? Deep in the lagoon at dinner time and no idea of where we're headed overnight. I wonder if this is beginning of his famous when-OH-is-away green streaks...

Hmmm, +5 and now we're down to 48. There's still a lot of night left. I think I'm going to bust out some MC and feed a couple hours early. Hopefully, that brings him up a bit and flattens him out.

94 at +8.5. A good, safe number. That means I can get a little sleep in before morning.
