Not a great start for Crystal, wearing her pink dress at AMPS but has come down a bit at +11. Gave her 6uR at AMPS and will be upping it to 7uR at PMPS.

Another "scorcher" today, it's about 37 at 17.00 but we are expecting 40+ tomorrow. I've stayed indoors all day with the dog but kitties are out sleeping in the shade and occasionally coming in to eat and flop on the cool tiles. DH has been doing a bit of sunbathing and swimming - what's that saying about mad dogs and Englishmen, don't know how he can stand it.

Vines and wishes to all in need today. Stay cool!

ugh! Sorry on the heat!! Sounds just like our weather here in Central Florida, USA! Don't know what kind of humidity you all deal with, but heat + humidity = I'm melting!!!! Stay cool and good luck Crystal's dose tonight. Keep coming down, Crystal. It's so much nicer on the blue floor!!!!

Come on down Crystal - blue is much cooler than stinky hot pinkies!

Cats really show their desert heritage. When it is really hot here (for us, no where near 40!) Neko likes to hide under bushes outside too.

I so agree Deborah and Wendy, but I don't think we are going to get there tonight :( but who knows.
Crystal is at 256 after 7u of R, biggest dose I have given her so far, just going to keep going up until there is a reaction. I collect the 100ml syringes tomorrow so I think there is a Lev dose on the horizon for Wednesday.

Crystal enjoyed some pork rib treats from the bbq tonight, she has been quite hungry all day and has had quite a few mini meals. We are all melting here, there is just no air at all, cats flopped down, dog panting, beans exhausted. Just had a swim and that's cooled us down for a few minutes, will definately need to have another one before bedtime. I wish it would rain!

Gosh Suki, you are having some hot weather at the moment. Do you have aircon? We could not survive out here without it......well we did for many years but it makes life much easier with it. Do you get the humidity with the heat, or is it a dry heat?
When we have the aircon on, Sheba always goes upstairs, where it is warmer, and tries to find a sunny spot.

Sorry you are having no joy with Crystal's numbers. Wish I could do something to help.:bighug::bighug::bighug:

184 at AMPS so giving her another dose of 7uR. The R is obviously bringing her down in the early hours before AMPS, should have tested her but slept right through.

@Bron and Sheba Morning Bron, thanks for your visit last night. No, unfortunately, we don't have air con, just shutters on all windows to close out the sun. It's lovely and cool at the moment, 06.30 am and I've got all the doors and windows open letting in the cool air. Just going to water the garden now, poor plants are suffering too. It's a dry heat but last night felt hot and sticky, two fans going all night, Bolly laid directly in front of one of them, he's got long shaggy black fur so really feels the heat, poor boy, although we hose him down a couple of times every day - would be easier if he got in the pool but he won't go near it. Our friend's lab takes himself for a swim in their pool whenever he gets too hot, smart dog.

No stinky pinkies Crystal, glad to see you've come down.
40+ tomorrow, Suki, and here I am whining about 30:eek:. Stay safe in the heat!

sounds like you need a fan and a bowl of ice.... make your own evaporative cooling.....

Come down Crystal.... those upper floors are warmer than the lower ones.....
