Trix's appy is better today. It wasn't bad yesterday, but it wasn't the touch of gluttony that I was starting to get used to and thoroughly enjoy, either. She did have a teeny bit of foamy spit up right as I did her ear poke this morning...on the rare occasions that she does the spit up thing, that always seems to be the timing. I'd love to know why. Anyway, maybe she was a teeny bit nauseated yesterday after all??? She didn't show the "classic" signs, other than not eating as much as she had been. Today was a cerenia morning, so tha should take care of it if she was nauseous.
Petey has been slow to eat this morning, but quick to play. I think he's in summertime mode now.
I wish I wasn't so sensitive to all these little nuances. Yes, it's important to be aware of any changes in habits, but I am SO good at making myself a bit crazy over them  ! And, the older I get, the worse I get. Ugh.
But, staycation is sort of here! I'm off today, but I do have to work tomorrow since my two partners are going to a bridal shower. But, I plan to just play around and make some jewelry while I'm there tomorrow, rather than actually "working". So far today I have "slept in" (relative term, of course), had a leisurely breakfast, started the first of several beading projects I have planned for the week, and put in a good solid workout. Now I'm snuggling with a VERY warm Trixie while I attempt to cool down after that workout. Not a bad start.
Sending lots of prayers out to all who need them. Especially thinking of TIna's Rocky today...please feel better little guy! And, I have to say, with all the issues both Tina and Tricia have had with boarding their kitties at vets' offices....as much as I love my vet, I don't think I will EVER board my guys there. It is scary that the one place you'd think they would get stellar care can be so.....I don't know.....
Anyway...have a great day, LL!
