Still much the same. She looked weak when she got out of bed this morning and was a bit wobbly and stumbled once. She got up for the first two little bits of food when I tested and gave insulin but won't get up now, so I am taking the food to her and holding the plate. She is eating small amounts at a time but I guess she is at least eating (anti jinx). I am not giving her her normal raw diet but some Weruva Fowl Ball with some home cooked chicken cut up in it and water added. She would consider this a real treat.
I have given her the normal dose of insulin so I am hoping she will eat all/ or most of her food eventually.
I don't like the BSLs still being so high. I think maybe we haven't sorted out her pain management properly so I think I will go back to the vet this morning if I can get in and see what I can sort out. I'm sure they will fit me in anyway because she is a diabetic. They are very good that way. Her vet is not on but the vet who is on, is very good and knows Sheba well. I know when she gets pain her BSLs go up, so maybe they are up because of pain......
I feel churned up in the stomach....I hate it when she is sick.
