Good Morning, Everyone,

I guess Rusty got tired of the lagoon. But he had a good night sleeping with his beans. He may have finished his nighttime food late, but I suspect the yellow number this morning is part of the bounce that started at PMPS yesterday. The morning routine went well and Rusty is asleep in his basket.

We have pouring rain and are supposed to get 3 inches today. Flood watch everywhere in the Adirondacks for streams and rivers. Lake Champlain is close to flood stage (Vermont is expected to get 4+ inches). They said on the radio this morning that the year-long drought in the Adirondacks is officially ended!! We are keeping close tabs on the weather in preparation for Linda's visit tomorrow.

Hooray on the end of the drought! I hope you can enjoy sitting on the porch w/ Rusty and watching the rain come down. Paws crossed it clears up for Linda's visit though!

Stop bouncing, Rusty! Auntie lind won't like that!

The LagoonMeister is back on duty.
The rain has become more of a heavy mist over the course of the day. Rusty enjoyed sitting outside on the brick walk, getting his fur damp.

It's nice to see Rusty back in the lagoon. I hope you don't have any flooding.

It's nice to see good Rusty numbers. :mrgreen: I'm glad he got to go out.
It's rained so much here, the ground just doesn't dry out enough to take my cats out. I walk in mush.
Glad your drought has ended, but wish you hadn't gotten it all at once.

We've been getting a lot of rain lately, too, but rather than be all-day events, it's been pop-up storms that dump a ton of water all in one shot. Our sump pump has been running for ages...

Hi again,
Rusty is surfing in high 60s-low 70s. He hasn't had much appetite today (weather influenced?). I debated whether to take that extra drop off his dose, but decided against it for now. We'll watch him carefully. Usually he goes back to his dinner at around PMPS+3 or +4, and since onset with Lev. doesn't begin until after +4, we have a few hours to play with.

Spent a lot of today getting ready for Linda's visit. Made dinner for Sunday night so I wouldn't have to cook at camp. Did some cleaning, shopping, etc. Didn't get to many condos. Hope to tonight.

Everyone have a fine weekend. Our rain continues, but it is pretty light and there don't appear to be any flooding problems in our area.

Hi Ella, nice slide for Rusty and in the Lagoon for a midnight swim. :mrgreen: Glad the rain has subsided and safe travels to Linda.
