I'm a little concerned with giving Tango full dose because his BS was 107 at +10 from last night's cycle and he has a vet (checking dental) appt this morning at 11:00, one hour after dose. We won't be able to due any testing until about 1:00. As with most kitties, Tango will be really stressed.

He did vomit a little at 4:30am.

What do you think? Or, should I wait and see what his AMPS BS is?

He ate 5:00am, tested at 8:00am then fed. So the 107 was 3 hours after eating. Will get more right before we shoot at 10:00am.

I would feed HC and shoot the full dose. Feed some more HC before you have to leave. Take the meter and some HC with you.

Great. Feed him some more before leaving and carry some with you. You could test him at the vet's office and feed him more, if required. Stress might elevate his numbers, so it may not be needed.

Just got back from vet and tested Tango's BS - +3 135. Thought it would be higher with HC food and stress from vet. Wondering without HC and vet, how much lower would it be.

We have a date for dental work - Aug 3rd. He does have some inflammation and will take a look at a couple teeth to see if they need to be extracted as well as check gums once they get in.

Tango was absolutely amazing. Love our kitty

I was wondering if when I start a new condo for the day was confusing. I start Tango's condo with the his AMPS test and end with the last time I test during the night cycle. Hopefully, I just didn't make it more confusing.

No no, not at all. What I meant was that his numbers have been near identical for the last 2 night cycles, so I thought this was a previous condo
