WCR: Most Ps in place. She's in such a weird mood today. She wasn't happy with me earlier today after I got home from my thrift store shopping. But tonight, she's all over me...literally. She crawled up on my chest when I sat down on the couch. She was just using my computer as her pillow while I typed her condo. Now, she's trying to take my hand off as I scritch under her chin. So sassy! Best news of the day...she left me two separate poo prezzies in the LB today!!!!
OT: Yesterday, sister took both kittens to vet because their diarrhea was not better and there was a little blood in Gracie's poop. Apparently, the vet was baffled!!!! Susan took in a fecal sample from Gracie this time and instead of just a float, vet did a smear and the presence of coccidia was sooooo much worse than Tuesday. He didn't understand why the Marquis Equine Paste didn't do its job. He said it was craziness.
So, he re-dosed them with the Marquis Equine Paste.
Both received 1 Dexamethasone SQ (I believe this was for the poop pain)
Both are now on Clindrops (ZydaClin aka clindamycin hydrochloride liquid) twice daily for 7 days
(Teddy gets .5cc and Gracie gets .4cc by mouth).
Susan said they are eating so much better...gobble, gobble, gobble! All of my gifts arrived at their house today and the crinkle tunnel for the win...as well as the cardboard scratchers...and the paper from the box...and the box!
