Crud... overslept and Ollie's shot was 45 min late. If i've got a good alarm, they are waking me up early wanting breffis. If my alarm is in my bathrobe pocket, which I left on the step stool in the kitchen, grr_red they are blissfully watching out the window :? Not one kitty pawing me to get up!!! Holy cow can you jump out of bed fast when you realize you've overslept. rocketwoman.

All Ps in place. All kitties have their own windows. All is good. Petsmart run today for a Kong Zoom Groom and NaturVet hairball gel. (get away from us hairballs!!!) :-D :-D

DH and DS had an awful day yesterday. Arriving at the racetrack, pouring down rain. In the rain they started to set up the canopy for the semi and realized that the poles were still here in Milwaukee. I called around and found them a company that will come to the track and put up a canopy for them for the weekend. Then they found a slow leak in the drive tire of the semi tractor. (ran over a bolt) I found a mobile repair shop 12 miles away that would come this am and replace the tire. Then, the hotel had doubled their room rate... Luckily i could send a copy of the confirmation email with the correct rate. I sure hope the rest of the weekend is better for them. They seem to have no trouble waking us when we don't need to be awoke :lol: I loved the video!! :thumbup That is awesome you guys do that. p.s. Perhaps you need to get a second alarm clock. We have 2 settings on clock # 1 (first bell, and third bell--about 7 minutes from 1st bell to 3rd bell). Clock # 2 is my iPhone ("ducks" ring) and does second bell, which is the "main" bell, 2 minutes after first bell.

Hi Mary. Oliver is off to a good start this morning. Maybe he can stop by and get PF and they both can head to the Lagoon for some surfing. Evidently the kitties were enjoying the extra sleep time this morning before breakfast. The best thing about the Kong Zoom Groom for cats is that it cost about $2 less than the Kong Zoom Groom for droolers :lol:.

Sure hope DH's weekend is less stressful than yesterday. Sounds like Rocketwoman had it all under control...need a tire repaired; call Mary-done...need a canopy set up NOW; call Mary-done; hotel overcharging you & you need lower rate; call Mary-done.

Ollie is looking soooo good! Hopefully there will be a swim in the lagoon today. I hear Ripley's passing out nummy umbrella drinks today...

Sorry about the troubles yesterday. I hope today was a better day. I hate the panic when I realize I've overslept. Thankfully that has only happened a couple of times.

Everyone has had dinner. the little boys have gone off to smack each other and then run around. Ollie hates that. So he's hanging with me by the computer. WAY out of their way. He was an only child for so long i guess he never learned to play with others.
