Good Morning LL. DH here. It's Wednesday again already and Marje is back at work. We hope you are all doing well.

Yuck on Miss Gracies numbers. She dropped into green yesterday morning, then ran in low to mid blue all afternoon and evening. She popped up into yellow late last night and is still there. Can't tell yet if she is bouncing or not enough juice. I think today and tonight will tell. I'm busy washing and ironing someones patience pants, but we don't want to let the girl sit in high numbers for too long. We may take her up a smidge if she doesn't come down smartly in the near future. My mad scientist with the nuclear NASA calipers can make some very fine adjustments.

Even with the yellow, Missy G is happy and healthy today. What more can you ask for really? Eating well, playing etc. She and Gus are busy napping at the moment. Tobey is on ground squirrel patrol. We have a lot of Round-Tailed Ground Squirrels in the yard. They look like little prairie dogs. Like prairie dogs, they are quite the tunnelers. Our yard is all rock, so they don't hurt anything, but they leave huge piles of dirt from the tunnels everywhere, which I then have to rake/smooth/shovel. If they weren't so cute and otherwise harmless, I'm sure I'd be out there like Bill Murray in Caddyshack, dealing with the "varmint cong". Now that the weather is so hot they are coming into the front courtyard looking for shade/water. Tobey has made it his mission to maintain constant surveillance to make sure they don't get into any mischief.

I'm going to test again at +6, and if Gracie is still high will take advantage and get out for some errands. Hope you all have a great day. If you have any rain you can spare, please send it our way.

Great WCR (whole critter report)  Tobey is sure to keep them under control. Gracie? This is not like you or do you think cabanabean is going to get some good new fuds if you let him go out?

Really, Gracie, those yellows were not nice at all. These blues are better but your beans really want to see some more green. I know you can do it. Entertainment for Tobes? We'd probably be feeding the ground squirrels. We had some nice dark clouds today but no rain here.

Nice blues, Gracie, but think Green...Green...Green...

Sorry we don't have any rain to send, we don't have any at all...Sure could use some, especially with these triple digit days coming!

Take care -

Libby (& Hershey, too!)

Tobey must be collaborating with Rusty!

Nice to see Gracie come down from those yellows.

Marje, if you have time, take a look at my sketch of the Monoject syringe (details in Rusty's condo; I included it as an attachment and it can also be viewed as a Google doc (link provided in my most recent post).

I want to send the sketch to Randy (who called me this morning; apparently they are really serious about getting the MJs straightened out). He did not understand what I was trying to describe to him this morning. When I get the sharps container they are sending, I will send a copy of this sketch as well as a full description of why the new lots of MJs are unacceptable. If you have any revisions, please let me know so that I can incorporate them. I had the syringes apart, used a probe to see the extent of the air space in the cone (he was trying to tell me that it was solid plastic!), and tried to be as concise as possible in my sketch (not drawn to scale).

Thanks so much,

Ella
