I'm sorry I've been off the board for the last 3 or so days, I don't even know what day it is. I had to fix about 15 days on the SS, and I couldn't figure out what day was off, so that took a bit of time. My back/sciatica is being very stubborn, no surprise to me, and this body I've been given.

Even though I don't write, I read when I can, so I can keep up with all our kitties.

Thanks to all who visits our condo, I do hope I will feel well enough to sit and type soon.

Daphne is doing well, her blood work came back, all mostly good except for her Platelet count is very low. I'm not sure what can be done, there can be lots of reasons for it… all her other blood work was good, so I'm not sure I understand… will follow up with vet. I'm a little uneasy starting the Adequan, since it can cause bleeding with some kitties that have problems like low platelets… one option the vet had was to start her on a smaller dose.

Sending healing vines to all the kitties and beans who need them today, and a special one for Mannie's vet results.

Nice numbers, blues and greens! She looks like she is doing very well. So sorry about your sciatica, that stuff is just darn miserable! No worries about not being able to spend much time at the computer and typing. Gotta take care of yourself too! :YMHUG:

Barb, dont give up on your back pain. I had sciatica so bad a few years ago. The pain at my hips & shoulders would woke me up while asleep at night. Now, I am good as new. I did not take any pain med. I believe massage, a proper posture & doing Yoga helped me. There are a lot of youga pose which stretch the lower back will help. Yes, at first it hurts when you start stretching but do it slowly. Your patience will be paid off. Take care!
