I only have two more days of work, then I'm off until Monday. Possibly working half days next Monday and Tuesday, so I figured during that time off would be a good time to dosecrease. I was looking back at his SS and I think this decrease was done too soon (out of safety).
 
Oh, I see, you went from f1 on 06/12 to 1 because of some low 30s that night,
and then from 1 to s1 on 06/14 because of a 28 on the night of the 13th. Still, a 28 is a 28, and you're only shaving.
How about waiting those two more work days and giving this bounce the 3 days it might take to clear?
Just try to be safe for Willow. Really, that 28 was a statement if you ask me.

That's my plan. Have two long days of work, so wouldn't do an increase then. Also, won't do it if for any reason his eating decreases again.
