Marvin definitely has an active cycle today. PMPS 302, late nadir, or when cycle active doesn't apply?

He seems to be doing good, still gives that weird face when I squirt his new med in his mouth. I am feeling a bit better today so, going to try and get a couple more BGs this evening.
