Went to the vet today and she did not like that one bit! Still trying to find a new home for Lucy. Please spread the word or let me know if you have any suggestions/ideas.

This might be a touchy subject but why are you rehoming her? We might be able to help you find ways around problems so you could keep her. Cats in general are difficult to rehome and a diabetic are even harder.

I don't really want to keep going into detail about why I am choosing to rehome Lucy. It's a decision that has been made. I am waiting until something comes up. If nothing ever comes up then us being able to keep her depends upon our continued support from DCIN. Our reasons are not reasons that can be "solved" or "fixed."
