Time for baby locks on the new cupboards...sigh. Woke up to find every cupboard door open. And Cassanova happily munching on a hot dog bun with the pan that held the honey barbecued chicken that got forgotten on the counter last night pulled down next to him licked clean.

How is Miss Autumn. Her BG looks good. Is she taking her meds? My Emmylou spit the Clavamox all over the laundry room. I am still cleaning the walls. It is a wonder that she got over her UTI. I hope Autumn is better than that.

Autumn is too damn smart for her own good. Lol. She loves hot dogs so I cut up several small bites for her and tossed her several non-dosed bites which she gobbled up then I tossed her the piece with the pill. She promptly nibbled off the hot dog and left the pill on the floor...so its back to pilling the hard way..Pry open mouth, insert pill and water and hang on until swallowed we hope.

Otherwise...plumbing is all back online and I'm no longer scum for most of the day. (Except at pilling time then I'm just scummy again)

Oh my goodness! That is one change that I have had to make here too.... Sammy will get into any food left out, so I have to be a good girl and put food away right after dinner, plates in dishwasher, etc etc. Darn cat making me act like a grown up. Hate that.

Glad to hear Miss Autumn is feeling better and I always love a funny Cassanova story. He's so resourceful in getting what he wants (even if it's bad for him). Silly kitty. Good luck with the med's. I think it's kinda funny now that it's easier to give Max a shot than to try to get a pill down him. He can hold it in his mouth forever, and, as soon as I let go, out it comes. *Sigh*

Aha two words...cream cheese and down goes the pill. Its sticky enough that she couldn't separate the yummy cream cheese from the pill. Thank you Musette for teaching mommy that trick.

Ah just had to jump in and say I have Trey will eat almost anything from Peas corn potatoes chicken cat food wet/dry anything. So I am always running to make sure no one leaves anything behind very hard when the grandkids are here. I use Pill pockets only I make it 1/3 of the size if pill is big break it in two and use 2 small pieces of pill pockets but I like the sound of cream cheese. Tons of healing green light to all out furry friends Hugs and have a great night ~O) :YMSIGH: ;-) Kath
 
wow, opening cabinets/eating hotdogs and buns. funny/silly rascal kitties! i have 1 cat here who might do that. he would use the can opener if he could figure it out. he will break into dogfood bags if theyre around. the other 5 r pretty good. only scary thing is, if something hpnd to me i fear they might starve bc they dnt try at all to get to any food, on the cabinet, or floor, or anything. good and bad i suppose.
glad ur girl is better mel.
