Morning LL,

WCR Sara is doing well. She is still using the bathroom towel occasionally though. Have'nt heard anything from the vet yet on the tests. She smartened up on the pills so now I use a pillpocket. Works great she gobblels it right up. No stress.

The vet called and said that her white blood count was high. The first part of the urine test shows bateria also. So we are on the right track, just need to wait for the C&S to come back to see what antibiotic will work the best. Should be maybe tomorrow or Sat. I'll let you know when I hear. Seems to be doing pretty well. Shes still using the bathroom towel. I replaced the rug with some folded towels with a pee pad under it. Those pee pads are a life saver. :-D
 
Sorry to hear that the UTI is confirmed, but you know what the problem is for sure, and you will be able to treat it. Sending healing vines.

Imagine my face when the first time I got a 24! :shock: Well I had trouble getting blood so the first amount was'nt enough. I poked again and just filled the same strip. Poked again and used a new strip and I got a 77. :razz: So it must have just been an error because of the time delay, which was'nt much but.....
 
At least you know what the problem is, and soon you'll be able to treat it. Yeah, I can imagine your "@*# What?" expression at seeing a 24!
